Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:

• Your account record (email, name, login history).
• All notes you have created (memos, to-dos, ideas, appointments).
• All support inquiries you have submitted.
• Your language preference and other settings.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Follow these steps from within the Corner Note app:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm the prompt.

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically.

For security, Firebase requires you to have signed in recently before deleting your account. If you see a message asking you to sign in again, sign out, sign back in, and then attempt the deletion again.

If you have an active subscription purchased through your app store, deleting your account from Corner Note does not cancel the subscription automatically. You must cancel any active subscriptions separately through the store where you purchased them before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.

If you are unable to sign in or access the app to delete your account, contact us through the support page and request a manual account deletion. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request and confirm deletion within 5 business days.

Aggregate analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics (such as feature usage statistics) may be retained for up to 14 months per Google's standard data retention settings. This data is anonymized and not linked to your account after deletion.
